Description
The ICF- and EMCC-accredited Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring is the most popular course delivered by Kingstown College. It features content which supports coaching and mentoring conversations for workplace performance, emotional intelligence, conflict, work-life balance and much more. This course can be taken as a stand-alone course to use as a leadership style, or as a stepping stone to accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances arise that may prevent attendance on a course. In the event of a cancellation or a no show on a course by the participant, the following applies:
1) Full payment of the course fee will be required in advance of booking to secure spaces on any LHP Skillnet
training courses.
2) Cancellations over 5 working days in advance of the scheduled training date shall incur
no cancellation fee.
3) Cancellations within 5 working days up to 72 hours of the scheduled training date shall incur a
cancellation
fee equal to 50% of the cost.
4) Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the course are not entitled
to a refund.
5) Where a Member Company has booked a course and does not attend on the day, full payment is
still required.
6) Member Companies may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the course.
LHP Skillnet
Administrator needs to be notified about the change, otherwise the certificate will not be issued
accordingly.
Note: In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto an event, LHP Skillnet reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. If an event is cancelled, the payer will be offered a full refund, or an alternative date may be offered.
All cancellations should be sent in writing to the LHP Skillnet administrator before the course commencement date.
Please note that in some cases, such as with certain courses, the cancellation policy may differ and will be clearly stated in the course description.
