3-hour Documentation and Care Planning - Implementation of Assisted
Decision-Making Capacity Act and Residents Rights course empowers nurses
caring for older persons with the latest insights on care plans in
light of the Act's amendments. Focusing on advanced wishes, positive
risk-taking, and residents' rights, the programme provides practical
tips and links risk assessments to care plans. Participants will master
decision-making rationales, multidisciplinary team input, and the
